Lea Sophie wurde kurz nach ihrer Geburt zu einem Palliativkind. Die Schwangerschaft verlief unkompliziert es war alles gut, bis man nach 3 Wochen eine septische Streptokokken Meningitis feststellte, Leas Gehirn wurde bis auf das Stammhirn und die Rinde von Kleinhirn komplett zerstört.
Sie lag 4 Wochen im künstlichen Koma, danach folgte ein Aufenthalt in einem Kinderhospiz (in Deutschland), und dann unser Umzug nach Österreich. Es war eine sehr schwere Zeit für die 5 Köpfige Familie.
Leas Diagnosen sind Tetraparese, Gastroparese, schwere Skoliose, Enzephalitis, Shunt versorgt, Peg versorgt, Jejunum Sonde, sie hat einen Port Katheter und wird mittlerweile parenteral ernährt.
Lea kann nur ihren Kopf nach rechts und links drehen, hören, hell und dunkel unterscheiden, und schlucken, sie kann aber auch Lächeln oder weinen! Laute hat sie früher gemacht aber jetzt seit der letzten Extubation hat sie keine Stimme mehr!
Lea musste in den letzten 8 Jahren unzählige mal in die Klinik wegen Lungenentzündungen, sie war immer auf der Intensivstation und intubiert! Sie musste so vieles durchstehen und aktuell ist die kleine Maus ebenfalls im Krankenhaus. Sie hatte mehrere schwere Lungenentzündungen und verbringt nun schon mehrere Wochen am Stück dort.
Nun hat sich auch noch ein Keim eingeschlichen und Lea sehr geschwächt. Keiner weiß ob und wie schnell sie sich davon wieder erholt.
Leas Eltern pendeln ständig zwischen ihrem Wohnort und dem Krankenhaus hin und her und versuchen die Klinikaufenthalte und das „normale“ Familienleben irgendwie unter einen Hut zu bekommen – von der finanziellen Belastung die dabei entsteht wenn man täglich mehrmals zwischen Wohnort und Krankenhaus pendelt, vor allem da Leas Mama Tanja wegen der häuslichen Pflege auch nicht mehr berufstätig sein kann, muss ich euch wohl nichts erzählen.
Wir freuen uns mit dieser Spende der tollen Familie dieser Kämpfermaus etwas unter die Arme greifen zu können und drücken Lea Sophie ganz fest die Daumen, dass sie sich ganz schnell erholt und wieder nach Hause kann!!
