Was für ein Service ist das?

Eine Kinderkrankenschwester/Ein Kinderkrankenpfleger oder eine Intensivpflegekraft (je nach Pflegeaufwand des Kindes) begleitet Euch und eure Familie in den Urlaub. (Auch ins Ausland)

Ihr habt dadurch eine Unterstützung in der Pflege, Kinderfreie Zeiten, und die Sicherheit eine medizinische Fachkraft dabei zu haben, sollte es zu irgendwelchen Komplikationen kommen.

Gemeinsam könnt ihr für eine oder zwei Wochen in den Urlaub fahren.

Dieser Service soll für beide Seiten ein Gewinn sein: Ihr könnt einen entspannteren Urlaub genießen und euer pflegebedürftiges Kind für eine bestimmte Anzahl an Stunden und Nächten (abhängig von Pflegeaufwand und Pflegekraft) abgeben (diese Stunden werden gemeinsam vereinbart) und die Pflegekraft kann ebenso einige Stunden im Urlaub die Beine baumeln lassen und die Zeit genießen.

Wir tragen euren Wunschtermin und Zielort der Reise in unseren Kalender ein, zu dem unsere Pfleger auch Zugriff haben.

Kommt es zu einem Treffer im Kalender vereinbaren wir einen Kennenlern-Termin. Im Beisein einer Mitarbeiterin unseres Familienservices könnt ihr euch in Ruhe kennenlernen, Details besprechen und herausfinden ob ihr euch auch riechen könnt. immerhin müsst/dürft ihr dann eine oder zwei Wochen gemeinsam verbringen.

Gemeinsam besprechen wir wie viele Stunden ihr im Urlaub Unterstützung wollt/braucht und wie viele Nachtdienste (je nach Pflegeaufwand des Kindes) ihr euch wünscht das übernommen werden, und wieviel die Pflegekraft sich vorstellen kann zu übernehmen.

Entscheidet ihr euch für den/die Pfleger/in werden noch ein bis drei Termine (jeweils 2 Stunden mind.) vereinbart, damit die Fachkraft euer Kind und dessen Pflege auch wirklich gut kennenlernen könnt und ein Vertrauensverhältnis zwischen euch wachsen kann.
Voraussetzungen:

Euer Kind hat eine palliative Erkrankung und einen erhöhten Pflegeaufwand.

Ihr erklärt euch dazu bereit die Kosten für die An und Abreise (zb Zug, Flug oder Benzinkosten für Auto) und Unterkunft (mit oder ohne Frühstück) für die Pflegekraft zu übernehmen
(TIPP: Am praktischsten und am einfachsten wäre zum Beispiel ein Apartment, Apartmenthotel oder ein Ferienhaus, da habt ihr mehrere Zimmer und die gemeinsame Pflege ist viel einfacher als in einem Hotel wo ihr räumlich getrennt seid und gegebenenfalls auch in einem anderen Stockwerk landen könntet).

Die Pflegekraft verzichtet auf ein richtiges Gehalt und bekommt von unserem Verein ein Taschengeld ausbezahlt damit sie sich selbst verpflegen kann. Wollt ihr gerne All Inclusive reisen – so übernehmen wir einen Teil der Kosten damit die Verpflegung der Pflegekraft gedeckt ist.

ACHTUNG: Damit es für beide Parteien eine schöne und wünschenswerte Reise wird, muss klar sein das die Pflegekraft nicht rund um die Uhr die Pflege und Aufsicht für das Kind übernimmt. Die Anzahl der Stunden und die spezifischen Aufgaben der Pflegekraft werden vor Reiseantritt genau besprochen und geregelt und beide Parteien haben sich während der Reise an diese Vereinbarung zu halten.

Sollte die Reise mit dem Auto angetreten werden muss eine Mitgliedschaft beim ÖAMTC mit Schutzbrief vorhanden sein.

Wir stellen den Kontakt zu dem Pflegepersonal her und überprüfen die Qualifikation dessen ganz genau.

Wir bezahlen der Pflegekraft ein Taschengeld von €250,- pro Woche zur Selbstversorgung im Urlaub (oder übernehmen einen Teil der All-Inclusive Kosten).
